5 LED light border the frame that flash different colors when you flip the on/off switch located on the upper right-hand side of the frame when vertical

To personalize, locate the plastic tabs on the back of the frame
Twist them to release the backing, and insert your photo
Once in place, replace the back, and twist the tabs into place to resecure the backing
